kshitijk4poor b7cfba18e1 refactor(process): drop the owner fallbacks __post_init__ made dead ...

With ProcessSession defaulting owner_task_id to task_id at construction,
the remaining `owner_task_id or task_id` spellings in _new_session and the
three record emitters can never take the fallback. Also moves __post_init__
below the last dataclass field. Final-gate quality/reuse findings.
