kshitijk4poor c508891f80 refactor(kanban): answer linked-worktree checks with one rev-parse ...

_is_linked_worktree_checkout spawned git twice (git-dir, then
common-dir) while _defer_shared_worktree_cleanup inlined its own
one-spawn copy of the same test. Move the single
`rev-parse --git-dir --git-common-dir` call into the helper so both
callers share one definition and one subprocess, and drop the now
unused _git_dir wrapper.
