Address review on #132237:
- Project-tree rows go through the canonical stampRowsWithOwningConnection:
a row that already names an owner is never re-owned, and local stays bare
on the primary path so the legacy profile door (#94166) is unchanged. local
is stamped only when it is an active registry secondary.
- Resume remembers an ambient owner hint only for a row that actually
resolved; an unresolved id no longer gets pinned to the foreground source.
- The silent boot restore keeps an explicit new-chat route pinned while it
was in flight; the route clear lives in one helper.
- Drop the untested pre-recovery route check in useGatewayRequest (the
post-recovery check covers it) and note why the two primary reconnect
paths resolve differently.
- Tests: move the primary-reconnect cases into the reconnect describe with an
inline resolver fake, assert the explicit primary profile exactly, and drop
an overlapping parametrized case.
