Gate finding (quality + reuse, Low): the five names .ssh/.aws/.gnupg/.kube/.envrc
were typed into both PROFILE_CREDENTIAL_PATHS and _EXPORT_CREDENTIAL_FILES, so
adding a store to one list could silently skip the other. Define
_OS_CREDENTIAL_STORES once and splat it into both (resulting sets unchanged),
and correct the comment: the dirs come from file_safety's write-denied
prefixes, .envrc from _BLOCKED_PROJECT_ENV_BASENAMES (denied anywhere).
