The Windows guide still described `hermes gateway stop` as a "graceful
SIGTERM equivalent (TerminateProcess)". After #112755 the unsupervised
stop path writes the planned-stop marker and waits for the gateway to
drain before any hard kill, matching the Scheduled-Task `stop()` path.
The survivor warning also named SIGTERM as the only stop request, which
is wrong on Windows where the marker is the request.
