Teknium bb85bdfc11 fix(update): managed SSH observer reads a profile update's receipt from the root home (review F2-ssh-receipt-root) ...

What: OBSERVATION_SCRIPT's receipt() scans <install root>/logs/update_receipts (install_root was
already derived for the marker); status/ready/intent stay on the launch home.
Why: the CLI writes receipts under get_default_hermes_root(), so a named-profile managed SSH update
never found its correlated receipt and the Desktop reported a committed update as failed.
Red: pre-fix managed-ssh-update.ts -> new vitest case fails (reads the stale profile-path receipt).
Green: managed-ssh-update.test.ts 36/36 passed.
