Teknium fccb46ac48 fix(code-health): measure every Python unit's real end line
compare.py's cross-file move matching slices the origin function by its end line;
without it the engine estimated the end from the line count. Pass ast's end_lineno through.

"""Python structure: functions (qualname, length, nesting, body hash) and scope lookup.
Cyclomatic complexity comes from ruff (``ruff_runner``) so the number matches what
``ruff check --select C901`` prints; everything else is measured here from the AST.
