alt-glitch 1598b9007c onboarding: the account's full name reaches the model only when the user picks it ...

The name was in the /initiate-setup facts block and in the scripted name card's saved arguments, so it left the machine even when the user typed another name or skipped the card. facts() drops it, and setup_choose adds the suggested row itself after the model's call is saved, the way it fills the tour and fork rows. The result's label carries the name when the user picks it.
