John Paul Soliva 13ea517514 fix(git): run the worktree reclaim ls-remote, unshallow fetch and prune under noninteractive_git_env

The reclaim sweep's ls-remote, the shallow-repo fetch --unshallow and both worktree prune calls ran with the inherited environment, so a repository-level core.sshCommand or credential.helper ran unattended. They now use the same pinned env as the base fetch.
