Gate finding BN03 quality (Low): the parametrize ids list sat apart from the _refusals() rows, so adding or reordering a case meant editing both by hand. Return pytest.param(..., id=...) rows instead and drop ids=. No behaviour change; the prune test reads the first row's .values.
