Teknium 0f3fedd9a6 fix(update): adopting an orphaned pause keeps its pre-update tree evidence (review F2-adoption-restamps-baseline) ...

What: merge_into carries the adopted pause's pre_sha/dirty_at_pause (setdefault), so
record_pause's stamp_tree keeps the oldest baseline instead of stamping the current tree.
Why: re-stamping certified a tree the killed update left half-written as "dirty before the
pause", letting the adopting update's resume start gateways on a torn checkout.
Red: pre-fix update_pause_record.py -> test fails "adoption certified the torn tree as the pre-update baseline".
Green: test_an_update_adopting_an_orphan_never_certifies_the_tree_it_left_torn passes.
