teknium1 0da1b2f497 fix: cover the deferred FTS backfill path in the tool-row bound test ...

Drive the chunked rebuild (reset index, seed markers, fts_rebuild_step loop)
inside test_full_rebuild_keeps_every_tool_row_bounded and re-run the strict
integrity probe, so an untruncated _CHUNK_INSERT_SQL fails the test.
