kshitijk4poor 09581cacaa refactor(desktop): gate the HUD bridge sentence on tool availability, not note text 
Pick the tools the bridge sentence names from the same availability
conditions that gate the note's sentences instead of substring-searching
the rendered prose, and assert the bridge clause by tool membership
rather than exact wording (simplify-code quality review).
