Victor Kyriazakos cd3de040ab feat(notifications): opt-in suppression of user-channel warning notifications
Squash of the 54 commits on victor-kyriazakos:feat/user-channel-warning-suppression
(PR #112302, head f45c640e55) so the contributor's authorship survives a rebase-merge;
the commits interleave with a cron delivery-ledger rework that the salvage removes in
follow-up commits, so per-commit cherry-picks were not practical.

Adds display.suppress_warning_notifications (global + per-platform, default false):
one resolver (gateway/warning_notifications.py), BasePlatformAdapter.emit_warning /
emit_media_warning / warning_text, a notification_category classification carried
through wakes, queues and persistence, and render/present boundaries for CLI/TUI.

Under ``gateway.multiplex_profiles`` ``os.environ`` holds the DEFAULT profile's ``.env``, so a miss
is a miss — never ``os.environ`` (same rule as the daemon's key and base URL in ``embedded.py``).
Single-profile deployments are unchanged: with no scope installed ``get_secret`` still reads the
process env, where the value IS this profile's own.
Deliberately narrower than a bare ``get_secret``: this helper is only for presentation shaping
(retain source label, speaker prefixes, tags). The isolation-critical values — ``mode``,
``apiKey`` and the ``bankId`` data partition — read through bare ``get_secret`` above and so
still fail loud on a scopeless multiplexed read, matching the other scoped credential readers.
In ``_load_config`` that read happens FIRST, so a missing scope raises on ``HINDSIGHT_MODE``
before this helper is ever reached; swallowing here therefore cannot mask an isolation failure.
What it does avoid is losing the whole memory provider (``initialize`` failing, and the manager
logging + dropping it) because a speaker prefix could not be resolved.

lose them), join the in-flight prefetch and drop its result (no stale recall
for the new session), then set ``_session_id``, mint a fresh ``_document_id``

clearing is correct for every switch.
Without this hook, initialize()-cached state (``_session_id``, ``_document_id``, ``_session_turns``,
``_turn_counter``) would keep pointing at the previous session and writes would land in the wrong
document. See hermes-agent#6672.
Always update ``_session_id`` so metadata and tags on subsequent retains reflect the active session.
Always clear the accumulated batch buffers (``_session_turns``, ``_turn_counter``, ``_turn_index``)
— even for /resume and /branch, the new session's batching must start from zero so an in-flight
retain doesn't flush under the wrong ``_document_id``. See #1303.
