kshitijk4poor 01e67e5e7f fix(install): keep the cached sudo ticket alive until PM runs ...

The clone and downloads can outlast sudo's timestamp_timeout, after which
PM's sudo -n repair silently falls back to the manual remedy. Refresh the
ticket non-interactively right before PM installs. Compute the bootstrap
target once in stage_prerequisites.
