John Paul Soliva 019ac2a3e8 fix(discord): retire the auto-thread rename mask once someone else renames the thread ...

The mask from Hermes's own title rename matched on name text only and was never retired, so a moderator who renamed the thread away and later restored Hermes's title saw the prompt show the thread's opening name instead. Once a name other than Hermes's title has been observed the record is dropped; before Hermes's title is first seen, the replaced name is still tolerated because a cache that has not caught up with the edit reports it.
