Brooklyn Nicholson bcdffce518 test(e2e): read stored reasoning blocks under the stored session key ...

The budget-wedge e2e queried state.db with the runtime session id
(8-hex RPC handle), but TuiGateway rows persist under the minted
stored_session_id — so the new persistence assertion read [] even
though all 8 blocks were written. Read rows by stored_session_id;
the transport fix itself needed no change.
