run_backup() previously wrote "hermes-backup-<timestamp>.zip" on every invocation without deleting old ones. Hourly callers accumulated 157 zips (14 GiB). Add _prune_run_backups() to keep the newest N (default 3, configurable via backup.run_backup_keep or --keep CLI flag).
