Follow-up to the salvaged #114680 (@phoebsie): - `APIServerAdapter.run_internal_session_turn` takes the owning profile as a required argument and raises without it. The dropped fallback (ContextVar, then the process-active profile) had no caller and would have let a missing ownership proof silently bind a wake to whatever profile the process happened to run as — the exact class #114679 reports. - A draining gateway refuses the in-process wake immediately, mirroring the HTTP self-post's 503 (>= 400 → raise → the notifier rewinds the claim and the next tick retries). The concurrent-run cap keeps the 429-style backoff. - Contributor attribution mapping for builder@phoebie.local -> @phoebsie.
