teknium1 c6ced3c0eb fix: map the emails of the contributors #115851 supersedes

#115851 reimplements the api_mode selector and alias metadata from #69824
(@SacrEllfarch), #82148 (@JackLee992) and #93693 (@fangliquanflq) in a
single-authored commit. Their Co-authored-by trailers ride on the follow-up
commit; these mapping files make the release changelog credit them.
