afterPack now asserts the packaged backend-readiness matcher before any platform work (#60772). The Linux toolchain fixture never packed an app.asar, so the guard aborted with 'Missing packaged app.asar' before the payload-link repair it exists to exercise. Seed the same unpacked-mirror fixture after-pack.test.mjs uses.
