`assets/**` is in the `files` whitelist, so the installer background was packed
into app.asar — 1.27 MB of retina art the app never reads, since dmgbuild takes
it from the project dir at packaging time. `packaging/` is covered by no `files`
glob, so the background ships with the installer but not inside the app.
