teknium1	8d8f756920	fix(tests): executor-isolation stub for list_profiles accepts the lazy_skill_count kwarg ... GET /api/profiles now calls list_profiles(lazy_skill_count=True); the zero-arg lambda in test_profiles_route_survives_default_executor_starvation raised TypeError inside the route, which fell back to the directory scan and returned the real profile list instead of [].
