Updates the catalog pin from 345ef9d5 (v0.1.1) to 16c870f9 (v0.2.0).
Repo changes since the previous pin:
- provider identity table moved out of plugin_api.py into identity.yaml
- backend/ renamed to dashboard/ (the layout Hermes mounts dashboard routes from)
- version bumped to 0.2.0 in plugin.yaml and dashboard/manifest.json

pinned to tag v1.0.1 (98010ea3fb2ce037cc5889bc4787e0152da69745).
Shows live subscription-quota windows for every provider Hermes can route to as a
desktop page, a status-bar chip and a per-profile picker. Declares no tools, hooks,
middleware or env vars — it reads credentials the user already configured.
Also maps the commit-author email so the attribution check passes.
Rescues oversized MCP and web tool results before they flood context.
Validated at the pinned sha with hermes plugins validate --install-deps
and scripts/validate_plugin_catalog.py.

— a Spotify Connect remote for Hermes Desktop.
- Unified agent+desktop package: desktop/ is the Electron status-bar mini
player (now playing, transport, volume, device transfer, search, playlists,
queue); dashboard/ is backend-only — a small FastAPI router (plugin_api.py)
mounted at /api/plugins/spotify-desktop/ that proxies the Spotify Web API
through the bundled Hermes Spotify client.
- No agent tools/hooks/middleware and no required env: the capabilities block
is intentionally all-empty and matches the pinned commit. Auth and token
refresh piggyback on the built-in Spotify integration (hermes auth spotify /
providers.spotify in auth.json).
- Desktop-focused: dashboard/manifest.json uses the official
"tab": { "hidden": true } option, so installs add no web dashboard tab.
Config is optional via plugins.entries.spotify-desktop.settings (declared in
the plugin.yaml config_schema: poll intervals).

List e-is/hermes-kanban-gantt in the desktop plugin catalog: a Gantt
timeline view for the Hermes kanban boards (full /kanban-gantt page,
dependency tree connectors, live-activity arcs, dockable task drawer,
bulk actions). Zero API keys, zero model tokens.
Add rarf/hermes-quota-plugin to the plugin catalog. The plugin provides
per-provider quota / rate-limit status via /quota command and desktop widget,
with footer and usage_extra hooks.
