fix(desktop): keep macOS overlay close position unchanged

Drop the extra 0.5rem so the close cluster sits exactly at
--titlebar-tools-right like the shell's titlebar tools: identical to
main on macOS (0.75rem), flush beside native controls on Windows/Linux.
