Subject: [PATCH] catalog(git-hook): re-pin to aean0x/hermes-git-hook#7
 (v0.4.3)

v0.4.2's merge commit ran red on 3.11: the test teardown raced git's background
maintenance. #7 fixes the fixture and CI is green on the merged commit.
